If you are having a hard time getting up in the morning it is usually because you are not happy with the way your life if going right now. My advice is to get up a little earlier and before you do anything, step outside, breath in the fresh air and look around at all the beauty that surrounds you. |

I just want to let you know that whether I am a thousand miles away, in a plane, a train or automobile, you are always in my prayers. My thoughts are with you as you start this healing journey and, if you decide to rest for a moment and sit on a park bench and enjoy the beauty of nature, you know where to find me.
Just remember, the rules of healing are quite simple.
- Healing cannot be forced upon someone. It must be requested and given permission.
- Healing must be accepted, believed in and honored.
- Healing cannot circumvent destiny. It will only work when it is destined to do so. It cannot be forced.
- Healing is natural. It comes from nature and from a higher source. It is based on truth and reality, but first you must decide what is true and what is real.
- The essence, the root, or the cause is as important as the cure.
- From every adversity there is a gift, from every challenge there is a lesson, from every fear that is conquered there is growth, and from every problem that we tackle or find a solution for, there is empowerment.
